We need trust and love to sustain the deepest parts of us.

I needs help navigating the ocean of love. Its so exhilarating, but it can also be tricky and disheartening. There i am.. sailing along, feeling like the surface of the water is as smooth as glass, when all of a sudden my lover says something that causes something to bubble up from from the dark, murky depths below. Maybe it's fear, maybe it's an unresolved issue or trauma, perhaps it's simply a lack of trust.. What to do?:(
